Blackberry Fire (feminized)

Blackberry Fire (feminized)

Blackberry Fire is a unique strain often sought out by connoisseurs for its oddly delicious scent and flavor. Not only is it sweet and fruity, having a scent similar to blackberries, but it has a chemical-like taste as well. This unusual undertone seemingly amplifies and expands this strains taste on its exhale.

Blackberry Fire sets itself apart with large, colorful flowers. They adhere in an elongated formation that ends in a rounded tip, giving the buds a bullet-like appearance. The internal structure of the flowers shows more of an indica influence, with small, broad leaves that curl inward to form a dense core. These leaves themselves are a patchwork mix of pale sage green and lavender, with the latter hue resulting from pigments called anthocyanins. Finally, these colorful buds are covered in hairy orange pistils and cloudy white trichomes.

Once cured, flowers of this fruity strain give off the distinctly sweet scent of berry. A deeper whiff of the flowers may also reveal some hashy notes that pay tribute to this bud’s Kush background. Grinding up or breaking apart these dense flowers, meanwhile, releases more of a harsh, diesel-like aroma.

THC levels of Blackberry Fire often fall around 25%, give or take, depending on the cultivator’s methods. Its Dominant terpenes are myrcene, caryophyllene, and humulene. Its parent strains are Blackberry Kush and Fire Lady.

Blackberry Fire took second place at the 2017 HempCon Cup Awards.

A strain that has as much bag appeal as it does growing potential, Blackberry Fire is a must-try for indica fans. If you’re breaking it out in public, be ready for the strain’s appealing aroma to attract some attention.
