Original Blueberry is a low to medium height plant of mostly smaller, stalkier structure, but with more branching, especially from the lower limbs. The plant grows full with wide, dark leaves and stems. Growing outdoors with organic fertilizers is optimal, as this allows Original Blueberry to retain the nuance of its smells, making the quality utmost. This variety also performs well in terms of quality and quantity under many conditions, including the sea of green method.
Flowers of this strain are small and densely-packed, as one might expect of this variety. The compact forest green leaves are often flecked with traces of purple and red. These latter colors develop due to high concentrations of pigments called anthocyanins in this strain’s genetics — as the plants are exposed to colder than average temperatures during the growing period, these pigments are activated, bringing out colorful hues. The leaves are coated in almost transparent hairs, which may be harder to see than that milky or amber-colored glands. Nevertheless, flower of Blueberry are very sticky and may be difficult to break up by hand without the use of a cultivating machine.
